Who Are We Looking For?

We welcome resumes from candidates at different stages of their careers, from recent graduates and developing engineers to experienced Project Managers and senior professionals.

Depending on the opportunity, qualifications may include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, FE/EI certification or progress toward certification, a PE license for senior positions, and experience with programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or other engineering design software. For design positions, we especially value hands-on experience with site development, grading, stormwater, utilities, roadway design, traffic engineering, permitting, plan production, and/or construction documents.
