  • Experience with design review, field inspections, construction administration, permitting, or code compliance.
  • Familiarity with project management, quality assurance, technical reporting, and document control.
  • Experience working with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional engineering or architectural support within the candidate’s licensed discipline.
  • Review plans, drawings, specifications, reports, calculations, and other technical documents.
  • Support project planning, design coordination, construction oversight, inspections, or technical evaluations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, government representatives, and project teams.
  • Prepare technical reports, recommendations, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Identify technical issues and recommend practical, code-compliant solutions.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control reviews.
  • Participate in meetings, site visits, project reviews, and coordination activities.
  • Maintain organized and accurate project records.
  • Perform additional duties based on the specific assignment and client requirements.
