Professional Fashion Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in designing both luxury abayas and ready-to-wear clothing, with an excellent understanding of fabrics, tailoring, garment construction, and current fashion trends.

We are seeking a professional who can develop unique designs, bring creative concepts to life, and oversee the design process from initial sketches to final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design elegant, modern abayas and women's ready-to-wear collections.
• Create original sketches, mood boards, and seasonal collections.
• Select suitable fabrics, colors, cuts, and finishing details.
• Prepare technical drawings and detailed specifications for production.
• Work closely with tailors and production teams to ensure high-quality results.
• Oversee fittings, garment construction, and final adjustments.
• Develop innovative designs while maintaining the brand's identity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in fashion design, particularly abayas and women's ready-to-wear.
• Strong knowledge of pattern making, fabrics, tailoring, and garment construction.
• Excellent sketching and technical design skills.
• Ability to manage the complete design process independently.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of luxury fashion.
• Ability to work professionally with tailors and production teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous designs and completed garments is required.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.

Pay: QAR2,200.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
