Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Professional Home Aide to support individuals with diverse needs and holistic care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in person centered care, including experience working with individuals with disabilities.

As a Home Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for young women by delivering personalized assistance with daily activities, college tutoring, and emotional support within their homes. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through compassionate caregiving while adhering to holistic home healthcare and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility and vision support
• Follow through on therapeutic routines, household chores like meal preparation, walks with a service animal, gardening, and recreational activities.
• Provide specialized care for clients with physical and vision challenges, including tutoring and positive reinforcement.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment for clients.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care plans and communicate client progress clearly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in holistic home healthcare settings with disability support.
• Healthy attitude and well-balanced lifestyle.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and fitness.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required is advantageous.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 22.0 per week
