• Duration: Full-time / Permanent
• Work Status: US Citizenship Required
• Location/Travel: National Travel (2-3 weeks/mo) | Onsite in Beltsville, MD (1-2 weeks/mo)
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m - 6:00 p.m.

Core Focus:

• National Travel: Travel to facilities across the country to install interior signage.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency with power tools, installation techniques, code requirements, and layout skills.
• Fabrication Experience: Contribute to our fabrication department during non-travel periods.
• Client Focus: Deliver exceptional client experiences through high-quality installations.

Qualifications & Ideal Characteristics:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field like carpentry or light construction.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision.
• Installation Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior sign installation (training provided for the right candidate).
• Code Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory and ADA code requirements for sign installation.
• Team Player: Possess a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Can-Do Spirit: A high-energy, level-headed personality with a "can-do" attitude.
• Client Service: A dedication to providing exceptional client experiences.
• Reliability: A reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Travel: Ability and flexibility to travel nationally.
• Security Clearance: A clean record to allow access to federal facilities.
