Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, creative, and professional Lash and Brow Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in lash and brow services, a passion for beauty, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lashes where qualified.
• Provide brow services such as brow shaping, tinting, lamination, and other relevant treatments.
• Assess clients' preferences and recommend suitable lash and brow styles.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of tools and equipment.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied with their treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation.
• Keep up with current beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards.
• Manage appointments and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Handle beauty products and equipment responsibly.
• Promote available services and contribute to client retention.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lash and Brow Technician.
• Practical knowledge of lash extension and brow treatment techniques.
• Good attention to detail and a steady hand.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Professional attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant training or certification in lash and brow services is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000, depending on experience and skill level.
