Professional Liability Claims Advisor

For our client, we are seeking a Professional Liability Claims Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex liability claims to determine exposure
• Conduct investigations and provide investigatory reports for new claims
• Negotiate settlements up to designated authority level and recommend strategies
• Calculate and monitor reserves to ensure adequacy throughout the claim lifecycle
• Coordinate legal defense and monitor compliance with client guidelines
• Identify opportunities for cost containment and fraud reduction
• Maintain professional client relationships and communicate claim activity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in professional liability claims management
• Professional certification in relevant line of business is preferred
