Professional ,Logistics (Import–Export)

About the role

Responsible for handling end-to-end import and export operations, optimizing import costs to ensure the lowest total landed cost, and preventing import errors while ensuring compliance with government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all import/export related documents, including Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and other required documents to ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate and coordinate with Buyer, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities both domestically and internationally
• Plan transportation routes, book vessel or air freight space, and coordinate domestic logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods to the destination
• Prepare customs declarations, apply for necessary permits, and verify correct customs codes and taxes
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
• Address and resolve issues arising during transportation or customs procedures promptly and effectively
• Prepare analytical reports such as Shipment Status Reports, Landed Cost Reports, Forwarder and Shipping Agent Performance Reports, and Supplier Service Level reports

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree with at least 2-5 years working experience in sourcing food field for R/T business
• Good communication in English; Chinese language will be favorable
• Good Computer skill in MS Office
• Strong background of Import and Export with Negotiation skill and Networking connection
• Strong Project management with leadership skills
• Problem-solving, flexible, and good attitude
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
• Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
