Mobile Lash Technician & Beauty Sales Specialist

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Mobile Lash Technician & Beauty Sales Specialist to provide high-quality lash services directly to clients at their homes, offices, events, and other approved locations.

This position is ideal for an experienced lash artist who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional customer service, and generating additional income through commission-based services and sales.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide professional mobile lash services to clients at scheduled locations.
• Perform Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions with attention to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles and services.
• Educate clients on lash maintenance and aftercare.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
• Actively promote and sell monthly lash memberships.
• Explain membership benefits, pricing, savings, and available services to clients.
• Convert regular clients into recurring membership clients.
• Promote additional beauty services, products, packages, and upgrades.
• Generate sales through client recommendations, upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and membership enrollment.
• Follow up with clients when appropriate to encourage rebooking and membership retention.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer-service experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary mobile work environment.
• Manage scheduled appointments and arrive on time at each client location.
• Represent the business professionally while providing door-to-door services.

Commission-Based Compensation

This is a commission-based position.

Technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings based on the services they perform and sales they generate.

Membership Sales Expectations

Membership sales are an important part of this position.

The technician will be expected to:

• Introduce the membership program to qualified clients.
• Explain the benefits and savings of becoming a member.
• Identify opportunities to convert one-time clients into recurring members.
• Recommend the membership when it provides value for the client's beauty needs.
• Assist with membership retention by providing excellent service and encouraging clients to maintain their appointments.
• Work toward established membership and sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous lash extension experience required.
• Experience with Classic, Hybrid, and/or Volume lashes preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable discussing prices, services, packages, and memberships.
• Confident asking for the sale and closing appointments.
• Professional and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for door-to-door mobile services.
• Valid driver's license and legally required vehicle insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to scheduled client appointments.
• Must maintain appropriate sanitation and professional service standards.
• Must be able to manage a flexible appointment-based schedule.
• Must have eyelash specialty license with atleast 4 years ongoing experience.

Flexible Scheduling

This position offers flexibility based on scheduled appointments.

Once appointments are booked, the technician must be available to complete those appointments at the scheduled time.

Technicians may have flexibility with their availability when appointments have not been scheduled.

Because mobile services are based on client demand, appointment availability may vary from week to week.

Holiday Schedule

Holidays are generally off; however, technicians may be required to work the day before a holiday depending on the appointment schedule and client demand.

Technicians are expected to communicate their availability in advance and honor appointments that have already been accepted and scheduled.

Position Type

Must have reliable transportation for door-to-door services.

Pay: $24.54 - $29.55 per hour
