This is not a cleaning or housekeeping role. Organizing is a craft, and we're looking for people who truly have an eye for it.

Most of our work doesn't start out looking like Instagram. It starts with real, lived-in clutter: overflowing garages, packed closets, rooms no one has touched in years. If that excites you instead of overwhelming you, keep reading.

About the Role
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Work is project-based, and volume varies throughout the year, with busy stretches and slower periods. Jobs are offered based on location, so we're building a small team across Pinellas and Hillsborough. It's a great fit if you want flexible work you'll genuinely love.

What You'll Do

• Support organizing projects from start to finish: sorting, decluttering, categorizing, containing, and labeling
• Help clients make decisions about their belongings with patience and zero judgment
• Assist with installing storage products and styling finished spaces
• Help with seasonal holiday decorating installs and takedowns
• Load and drop off donations

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love of organizing and a space you've organized to show us, even if it's your own home. Photos required.
• A solid grasp of the fundamentals: sort first, group like with like, edit before buying, then contain
• Not easily overwhelmed by clutter. You stay calm, focused, and know where to start.
• A natural eye for detail and visual order
• Punctual, dependable, and discreet in clients' homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 40 lbs, climb a step ladder, and be on your feet all day
• Background check required

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
