Professional Post Construction Cleaning!!

Overview

Join our growing team as a Cleaning Professional and help us deliver high-quality cleaning services across commercial, short-term rental, and post-construction projects.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Previous post-construction cleaning experience is a strong plus, especially experience with final cleans, construction dust removal, detailed floor cleaning, windows/glass, fixtures, and preparing newly constructed or renovated spaces for turnover.

Duties

• Perform detailed cleaning of commercial properties, short-term rentals, and post-construction sites.
• Remove construction dust, dirt, debris, stickers, fingerprints, and residue from completed surfaces.
• Clean floors, windows/glass, restrooms, kitchens, fixtures, doors, baseboards, cabinets, and common areas.
• Perform detailed final cleaning to prepare construction projects for inspections and client turnover.
• Use cleaning chemicals, tools, vacuums, mops, and other commercial cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Follow project-specific cleaning checklists, scopes of work, and supervisor instructions.
• Restock supplies when required.
• Report damage, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or incomplete construction work to supervisors.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and keep work/storage areas organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning, floor care, and other specialty cleaning projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Post-construction cleaning experience is preferred and a strong plus.
• Commercial cleaning, Airbnb/short-term rental, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience is also preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when performing final construction cleans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cleaning crew.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and project deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent work quality.
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus; additional training will be provided when needed.
• Must be comfortable working in active or recently completed construction environments and following required PPE and jobsite safety rules.
