Professional Sales Representative

QualificationsEducational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Certifications and Licenses

• Food Safety Certification is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license is preferred, especially for field visits and client meetings.

Work Experience

• At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry or HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering).
• Experience in client acquisition, account management, and sales development is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and able to conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
• Willing to travel to different locations to meet customers and develop business opportunities.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Customer-focused, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Confident in decision-making and resolving customer concerns.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM software and customer account management systems.
• Basic knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Ability to prepare sales reports, monitor sales performance, and identify business opportunities.

Pay: Php18,437.50 - Php30,437.50 per month
