Professional Services Assistant

About the role

We are a professional services firm and are currently looking for a motivated Professional Services Assistant to join our team.

This is an entry-level position and fresh graduates are welcome. No prior company secretarial experience is required as training and on-the-job guidance will be provided.

What you'll be doing

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the professional services team
• Assist in preparing and organising documents for corporate and statutory filings
• Support day-to-day operations including data entry, record keeping and file management
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties under supervision
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by seniors

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Interest in professional services / corporate administration is an advantage
• Willing to learn, detail-minded and responsible
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• 5 days work per week (Mon-Fri) 9:00/9:30 am to 6:00/6:30 pm [flexible working hours]; We value our colleagues' work-life balance, working over the weekends and overtime work is NOT required.
