The Professional Services engineer has a crucial role to the success of the company, delivering new products and solution to Allot customers. Working closely with R&D, Product Management, Pre-sales, solution architecture and peers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stage systems offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality.
• Responsible for supporting our remote PS in deploying Allot’s products at our customers.
• Responsible for supporting our remote PS in execution of proof of concepts, trials and demos.
• Deliver technical training internally to Customer Success teams.
• Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
• Create technical documents including LLD (low level design), ATP (Acceptance Test Plan) and MOPs (Method of Procedure).
• Serve as technical leader.

Requirements:

• Knowledge DevOps engineer or system administrator
• Knowledge with Cloud Native (Dockers, Containers, Kubernetes)
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible any others)
• Self-learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer focus
• Understand complicated technical deployments.
• Fluent English
