Professional Services Executive

For our client, we are seeking a Professional Services Executive to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will focus on guiding the delivery of enterprise solutions that support oncology operations and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. The position will partner closely with executive stakeholders, sales teams, and solution leaders to ensure coordinated execution, measurable outcomes, and faster time to value. Success in this role will require strong relationship management, disciplined tracking of performance, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around client priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,490 – $176,671 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution teams to align with client strategic goals using enterprise solutions
• Build and nurture long-term collaborative relationships with clients at the executive level
• Partner with oncology solutions managers and sales teams to ensure successful strategy execution
• Deliver enterprise solutions focused on reducing time to value for partners
• Create and manage key performance indicators for tracking success

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of managerial experience in healthcare administration with expertise in oncology operations
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft business tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on collaborative consensus-building
• Clinical background preferred, such as RT(T), RN, MO, CMD, or PhD
• Master's degree preferred, with MBA or MHA strongly preferred
