Infant Caregiver – Twins (Professional Setting)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Children: Twin infants, 5 months old
Position: Long-term, consistent childcare

We are seeking a reliable, caring, and attentive infant caregiver to provide loving, hands-on care for two 5-month-old twins. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who enjoys working with infants and understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for both infants throughout the day
• Bottle feedings and following the babies’ feeding schedule
• Diaper changes and maintaining good hygiene
• Tummy time and other age-appropriate developmental activities
• Engaging the babies through talking, reading, singing, and play
• Supporting age-appropriate milestones and development
• Helping establish and maintain consistent nap and daily routines
• Washing bottles and keeping the babies’ areas tidy
• Light cleanup related to the babies and their activities
• Providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment

• Comfortable caring for two infants at the same time
• Familiar with infant care and age-appropriate developmental activities
• Able to follow parents’ routines and instructions
• Responsible and safety-conscious
• Looking for a long-term commitment
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to get to and from work independently and consistently

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Start date: 9/21/26

Location: Detroit, MI
Compensation: $1350 - $1600 monthly plus Complimentary Lunch Provided Daily, Complimentary Professional Development Opportunities, Referral and Performances Bonuses!
