Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Snagging Surveyor to join our team in a flexible hybrid role.

- Carry out pre-completion inspections strictly in accordance with the NHQB Standard Checklist.
- Document findings meticulously and complete reports using our software during home-based work time.
- Conduct Thermal Imaging Lite Inspections (training provided).
- Have a strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, and structural warranty technical standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and our internal office team.
- Operate unmanned aerial drone equipment safely and in line with CAA flight regulations.
- Follow company policies and manage your travel schedule efficiently.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the house-building process, technical drawings, UK Building Regulations, and NHQB standards.
- Digital & Report Writing: Computer literate with strong report writing abilities using digital software.
- Personal Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a friendly, customer-focused approach.

- Flexible Hours: Tailored to client bookings and your personal availability.
- Weekend Options: Optional weekend work is available if preferred (to be discussed during the interview).
- Competitive Pay: Paid per completed inspection and report, with rates scaled according to property size.
