About the Role

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in video editing, a good eye for visual storytelling, and a willingness to learn, improve, and grow within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit both short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content.
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, graphics, and basic motion elements.
• Maintain strong pacing, storytelling, and overall visual quality.
• Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports properly.
• Make revisions based on feedback from senior team members.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and modern video-editing styles.
• Complete and deliver assigned projects within deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of video editing experience; freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of video formats, transitions, audio, and visual effects.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback.
• Portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of After Effects.
• Basic understanding of color correction and audio editing.
• Experience creating Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or other social media content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/graphic design is a plus.

This is a fully onsite night-shift position. Candidates must be comfortable working from our Soan Garden, Islamabad office.

Pay: Rs30,000 – Rs50,000 per month
