Job Summary

Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology invites applications from highly qualified and experienced academicians for the position of Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The candidate should have strong academic, research, teaching, and leadership capabilities with a proven record of publications and academic contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate effective teaching-learning practices.
• Develop and update course content, curriculum, and teaching materials.
• Guide UG/PG students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
• Conduct and promote research leading to quality publications in reputed journals/conferences.
• Mentor faculty members and contribute to departmental academic development.
• Participate in accreditation, academic audits, and institutional activities.
• Develop industry and academic collaborations for student and faculty development.
• Encourage innovation, consultancy, funded research projects, and intellectual property initiatives.
• Undertake departmental administrative and academic responsibilities as assigned by the Institution.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant allied discipline from a recognized university.
• M.E./M.Tech in CSE/IT/Computer Science or relevant discipline with a consistently good academic record.
• Candidates should meet the applicable AICTE/UGC and affiliating university norms for the position of Professor.
• Strong academic and research background with relevant teaching experience.
• Candidates with experience in NAAC/NBA accreditation, academic administration, research projects, consultancy, and industry collaboration will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
