About the Institution

Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), a constituent institute of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), invites applications from accomplished academicians and researchers for two senior faculty positions: Professor – Marketing and Professor – Business Analytics.

We are seeking experienced academic professionals with a strong research orientation, a commitment to academic excellence, and the ability to contribute to teaching, research, academic leadership, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and contribute to academic excellence.
• Conduct impactful research and publish in reputed, peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals.
• Lead curriculum development, academic initiatives, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
• Foster industry collaborations, consultancy engagements, and applied research.
• Guide research scholars and contribute to research supervision and academic mentoring.
• Participate in institutional development, accreditation activities, and other academic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, i.e., Marketing or Business Analytics, from a recognized university.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated commitment to teaching and research.
• Research publications in reputed, peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed publications.
• Demonstrated academic leadership and contributions to research and/or industry engagement.
• Relevant teaching, research, and academic experience commensurate with the Professor designation, as per applicable UGC regulations and university norms.
