• Provide expert clinical care, including patient diagnosis, treatment, and management in the ENT department.
• Lead and participate in emergency support and critical care situations, ensuring patient safety and efficient medical response.
• Oversee clinical documentation to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with medical standards.
• Mentor and supervise junior doctors, residents, and interns, fostering a learning environment that promotes professional growth and development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ENT and incorporate new surgical techniques and evidence-based practices into clinical and academic settings.
