PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

1. Experience 2 to 5 years of working experience in administration, project management, or client accounts, commonly within manufacturing or electronic manufacturing services (EMS) environments
2. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for customer-facing and cross-functional communication
3. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or documentation processes
4. Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electronics), or a related field
5. Strong analytical capabilities, customer focus, ability to handle tight deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage customer accounts, review project timeframes, track budgets, and handle administrative workflows.
7. A strong service-oriented mindset geared toward building client trust and fostering team collaboration
8. Baseline understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), production schedules, and New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows.
