Program Administrator/Customer Services

Benchmark Electronics is American nationality, in the business of manufacturing electronics and providing services to OEMs of medical devices, telecommunication equipment, computers and related products for business enterprises.

Position : Program Administrator

Location : Ayutthaya

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Program Manager for a responsive after-sales services and overall progress of the pre-production and production process
• Assist Program Manager in leading daily customer team meeting
• Reconciliation of the customer's PO and internal sales order
• Internal Engineering Change Notice and Change Management coordinator
• Review internal scheduling to match with customer demands
• Generate internal DAs and other similar documents
• Coordinate and execute the activities for closure of NCMR, MRB and HOLD areas
• Assist Program Management staff on tasks as assigned

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 3-8 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing Service
• Mature, Business, and customer service oriented
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Available to work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
