Role & responsibilities

The Program Advisor plays a key role in student admissions by counseling prospective learners and guiding them through professional upskilling programs.

This is a consultative admissions and inside sales role, where you will work with qualified inquiries, understand career goals, recommend suitable programs, and support candidates throughout the enrollment journey.

Student Counseling s Lead Management

• Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual counseling sessions.
• Understand candidate backgrounds, career goals, and learning objectives.
• Provide personalized guidance on suitable programs and career pathways.

Program Advisory s Admissions Support

• Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, schedules, eligibility, and career support services.
• Help students understand program value and long-term career benefits.
• Guide candidates through application, documentation, and enrollment processes.

Follow-Ups s Conversion Management

• Maintain structured follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Address queries and support decision-making through consultative discussions.
• Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed enrollments
