About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Program Advisor / Education Counselor to guide students and working professionals interested in IT certification courses, upskilling programs, and career development opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and counseling skills, an understanding of technology-related courses, and the ability to convert prospective learners into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals regarding IT courses and certification programs.

Understand learners' career goals and recommend suitable courses.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and other channels.

Explain course details, curriculum, benefits, duration, and career opportunities.

Convert prospective leads into course enrollments and achieve admission targets.

Handle queries related to course fees, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with prospective learners.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Courses to Be Handled

Data Science

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Generative AI

Other IT certification and technology-focused courses

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Interest in IT courses, technology, and professional upskilling programs.

Ability to understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.

Target-oriented mindset with good sales and lead-conversion skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

CRM and lead management experience is an advantage.

Education & Experience

Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling, inside sales, admissions, business development, or a related role.

Experience selling educational courses or certification programs is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,333.00 per month
