Program Advisor - Enrichment Centre (Fulltime/Part time)

About the role

PPLINGO PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Program Advisor for our Enrichment Centre, based in the Central Region. This is a full-time or part-time position offering flexibility to suit your circumstances. As a Program Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our enrichment programmes, ensuring students receive exceptional guidance and support throughout their educational journey. This position is strategically important to our mission of providing high-quality student services and fostering an environment where learners can thrive and achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised academic and programme guidance to students, helping them select appropriate enrichment courses and activities aligned with their educational goals
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of enrichment programmes and workshops across various subject areas
• Monitor student progress and engagement within enrichment activities, providing constructive feedback and encouragement
• Liaise with parents, guardians and academic staff to ensure holistic student support and maintain open communication channels
• Maintain accurate records of student participation, attendance and outcomes using our management systems
• Identify student learning needs and recommend appropriate enrichment pathways to enhance their academic performance
• Support the creation and updating of programme materials, resources and documentation to enhance the student experience
• Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of enrichment programmes based on student feedback and outcomes
• Attend relevant training sessions and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in student services

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree; Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred.

• Proven experience working in student services, education support, programme coordination or a related field within the education sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to identify student learning needs and provide supportive, constructive guidance.

• Proficiency in using digital systems and databases to maintain student records and track progress.

• A genuine passion for supporting student development and fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning environment.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational setting.

• Experience with enrichment programme, tutoring or academic mentoring would be advantageous.
