Your New Role:

We’re seeking a highly proactive Program Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of complex, large-scale and high-profile projects. In this central role, you will bring together data from across the portfolio, turning it into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making for senior stakeholders and steering committees.

You will:

• Consolidate data to deliver a clear, integrated view of portfolio performance
• Produce high-quality management reports and presentations
• Support governance processes, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders to gather insights, understand challenges, and close information gaps
• Analyse data to identify emerging risks and pressure points, and translating findings into practical recommendations
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor costs, refine plans, and ensure alignment with overall strategy

Your Background:

• Degree qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting successful delivery of projects or programs within a complex environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted working relationships across diverse teams
• Highly proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
