Program Analyst

Summary

Kaptivate is seeking a Program Analyst to support the mission of a federal civilian agency. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a federal civilian agency; experience with federal financial management, business process improvement, executive-level coordination, and Agile or rapidly changing operational environments.

Responsibilities

· Provide analytical and consultative support across the project lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, and implementation.

· Analyze financial data, budgets, schedules, and resources; identify risks and recommend solutions.

· Coordinate programs across offices and ensure program data quality for leadership review.

· Develop job aids, SOPs, and innovative processes to improve efficiency.

· Communicate findings, policies, guidance, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in program analysis and project support.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in federal programs.

· Ability to obtain and maintain the Public Trust clearance required by the Government.

Role duration: Through September 30, 2027 (subject to contract extension)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,400.00 - $6,250.00 per month
