Program Analyst/Master Scheduler

Location : Fort Belvoir, VA

Required Clearance: TS/SCI

Required Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Certifications: PMP and/or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management

Required Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Master Scheduler

Position Description :

PingWind is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities :

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes,
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks
• Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability
• Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders
• Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
• Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements

Salary Range $79k-$110k
