Program and Learning Design Lead

About the role

Design and manage outcomes-based learning programs and courses. Develop engaging learning experiences for face-to-face, online, blended, and hybrid environments. Apply Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Adult Learning Principles. Lead program development projects from concept to evaluation. Collaborate with clients, educators, and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions. Ensure quality, continuous improvement, and compliance with educational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage outcomes-based learning programs and courses
• Develop engaging learning experiences for face-to-face, online, blended, and hybrid environments
• Apply Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Adult Learning Principles
• Lead program development projects from concept to evaluation
• Collaborate with clients, educators, and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions
• Ensure quality, continuous improvement, and compliance with educational standards

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Psychology, HRD, or related field
• Master's units/degree is an advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, teacher professional development, or learning & development
• Strong background in Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Learning Experience Design (LXD)
• Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, assessment design, and program evaluation
• PRC License, Design Thinking Certification, or HCD training is a plus
