What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, Education, Psychology, or any related field.
- Preferably with experience in program or student assessment, admissions, sales, marketing, business development, or client relations; fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads, engage prospective students or trainees, develop partnerships, and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of basic marketing, sales, business development, and digital marketing strategies.
- Results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and capable of working toward enrollment, partnership, and/or sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and activities.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork, school visits, client meetings, career fairs, and events as needed.
