About the Role

ASDC is looking for a hands-on Program / Project Manager to manage and coordinate skill development and training projects across India.

The role will involve end-to-end execution of skilling initiatives, working closely with training partners, industry partners, government/skill ecosystem stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered as per agreed timelines, targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage skill development projects from planning to successful completion.
• Coordinate with Training Partners, Training Centres, industry partners and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Track project targets including candidate mobilisation, training, assessments, certification and placements.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews with partners and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Maintain project MIS, dashboards, documentation and periodic progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines, processes and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for assessments, certifications, finance, operations and reporting.
• Support projects undertaken under government schemes, CSR initiatives and industry-led skill development programs.
• Identify risks or delays and proactively work with stakeholders to close gaps.
• Support management with project reviews, presentations and status updates.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–7 years of experience in Project / Program Management.
• Experience in the Skill Development, Education, Training, CSR, Government Projects or Development Sector will be strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Skill Councils, NSDC/MSDE ecosystem, Training Partners or large-scale training programs would be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of project tracking, MIS and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
• Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
