- Graduate Engineer from a premier institute such as IITs, NITs, IIMs, or other reputed institutes, with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Electric Vehicles (EVs), charging protocols, and battery-swapping technology.
- Good knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and APQP processes.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong data analytics and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
