The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Program Architect to design, oversee, and optimize complex programs that align customer objectives with our platform capabilities. This role will serve as a strategic technical advisor, guiding clients through architecture design, best practices, and scalable implementation approaches. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, ensuring our solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned to long-term customer success.

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, solutions architecture, or program design roles
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprisescale solutions, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity platforms
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security/compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, NIST)
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills

• Prior experience in program architecture for compliance, GRC, or risk management platforms
• Proficiency in integration design using APIs and middleware tools
• Experience with enterprise customer engagements in highly regulated industries (finance, government, healthcare)
• Background in presales or postsales solution scoping
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar
