Program Assistant (Bilingual)

We are hiring a Program Assistant for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ. Job Description Conduct undercover investigations through the state at NJ WIC Authorized vendors and non-authorized retailers. Complete Compliance Investigation documentation. Assist in vendor authorization and re-authorization efforts. Respond to vendors via emails and telephone calls in English and Spanish. Conduct trainings in English and Spanish. Other duties as assigned.

• Microsoft Office, NJ Vendor Web Portal, NJ Vendor WOW System, REDcap

Education And Experience

• Bachelor s Degree. Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in Spanish and English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.

Mandatory Skills/certification(s) Requirement

• Valid driver s license, personal car to conduct field work, female in their 20s (to be able to emulate the average WIC participant.

Work Hours

• 35 hours
• Lunch (unpaid) : 1pm-2pm
