  • Write reports and updates directly to the Executive Director.
  • Manage correspondence related to program initiatives with professionalism and care.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Executive Director and represent her with discretion, professionalism, and strong organization in internal and external interactions.
  • Serve as a warm and professional point of contact for survivors, volunteers, and donors.
  • Help organize and coordinate volunteer opportunities and community engagement activities.
  • Represent The Blue Card at outreach events when required.
  • Assist in preparing grant reports and maintaining accurate grant tracking and documentation.
  • Support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts through research, correspondence, and administrative follow-through.
  • Provide additional operational support as needed.

  • Proactive self-starter with a practical, resourceful approach and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs and act on them with sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
