What they need
- Preparation and submission of Minutes of the Meeting, Highlights of the Meeting, Completion Reports, and other documentation requirements of the programs.
- Coordination with partner organizations
- Preparation of reports requested by the programs
- Assist in completing and compiling reports and documents
- Assist during internal and external events
- Preparation of check payments and monitoring of admin-related deliverables
- Assist in the updating of the scholar’s database, scanning and archiving of photos and other materials
- Directly Reporting to PITS Operations Supervisor/Sr. Marketing Representative
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
