Program Associate

The Program Associate provides programmatic, administrative, and coordination support to the LCIDWell Gender and Development & Safe Spaces Unit. The role assists the Program Head in implementing and monitoring GAD and safe spaces programs, coordinating case-related documentation, organizing learning activities, preparing reports and materials, maintaining records, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

The position is expected to carry out its responsibilities with professionalism, confidentiality, gender sensitivity, and adherence to applicable University policies and procedures.
