Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Associate – Events & Communities to support the planning, execution, and growth of our community-driven initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end event coordination, building and engaging a strong network of women entrepreneurs, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys people interaction, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about creating meaningful impact through events and community building.

Requirements The Program Associate will play a key role in executing events and strengthening community engagement efforts. The responsibilities include: Planning and executing online and offline events, including meetups, workshops, and networking sessions Coordinating with speakers, partners, and internal teams for smooth event delivery Managing event logistics such as registrations, communication, and follow-ups Building and nurturing a strong community of women entrepreneurs and stakeholders Driving engagement through regular interactions, campaigns, and community initiatives Supporting outreach and promotion through LinkedIn, emailers, and other channels Assisting in partnerships and collaborations for community and event growth Tracking event performance, feedback, and maintaining reports Ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all participants
