Job Description:

• Develop creative materials in the form of visual designs and videos to support program activities.
• Prepare communication materials and activity schedules for programs and events.
• Coordinate and monitor event activities, including live streaming.
• Prepare performance reports and evaluation based on program/event data.
• Produce video documentation and compilation materials for program activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute program/event activation.
• Prepare program progress reports and documentation for evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure program activities run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Creative, Communication, Marketing, Event/Activation, or related fields.
• Creative and able to develop ideas/concepts for programs and events.
• Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
• Able to create engaging communication materials and copywriting.
• Proficient in Canva or other design tools.
• Good at managing timelines, priorities, and program execution.
• Able to analyze data and feedback and turn them into reports/insights.
• Experience in event/program activation is preferred.
