PROGRAM COMPLIANCE TEAM LEAD

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Training: sixteen (16) hours of relevant training

Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience

Employment Status: Contract of Service

Job Functions:

• Oversee the technical aspects of the program operationalization, which includes policy implementation, program reporting, monitoring, targeting, budgeting and etc;
• Contribute to the enhancement/formulation of new policies, guidelines, processes, and compliances to ensure efficient program implementation ;
• Conduct Surveys and field studies when required;
• Prepare memorandums, proposals, reports, and other pertinent documents related to the program handled
• Provides technical assistance to team members with escalated concerns relative to the program compliance requirements, streamlining, engineering, and standardization
• Liaise with existing team members in order to achieve set targets
• Observes, analyzes and offers suggestions on current procedures to ensure compliance to the standard policies and regulations;
• Conduct research as deemed necessary for program development and new strategies for standardization
• Organize and facilitate meetings and training sessions with staff and other stakeholders.
• Attending and presenting at proposal meetings, planning content boards, appeal panels, and public inquiries
• Ensure all health and safety as well as regulations are followed by staff and team leaders at all times;
• participate in training, supervision and meetings; and
• Perform other related task assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php46,000.00 per month
