Program Coordinator ( 5 Month Contract)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Program Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of incubation and acceleration programs for entrepreneurs, startups, and scale-ups. The role involves coordinating program activities, managing stakeholder communication, tracking performance metrics, and supporting program operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of innovation projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, task updates, and program reports.
• Track program activities, milestones, and progress against objectives.
• Coordinate mentors, coaches, trainers, and partner organizations.
• Support the preparation of reports on program KPIs and performance metrics.
• Raise purchase requisitions and process invoices and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
