PROGRAM COORDINATOR

About the role

Open Flow Bali is looking for a proactive and passionate Program Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of Kawan Rimba, a nature-based experiential learning program, as well as coordinate camps, special programs, and events. You will work closely with educators, parents, schools, communities, partners, and the management team to create meaningful and well-organized experiences for children.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Kawan Rimba programs, weekend programs, camps, and special events.
• Coordinate educators, facilitators, and event teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Develop engaging outdoor learning activities and experiential programs for children.
• Prepare program plans, schedules, rundowns, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with schools, families, communities, and external partners.
• Ensure all activities are safe, well-organized, and aligned with Open Flow's educational philosophy.
• Monitor children's experience and support educators in delivering quality learning experiences.
• Handle operational issues and make quick, practical decisions when needed.
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, venue setup, and activity requirements.
• Communicate with parents and partners professionally.

About you

• 2+ years of experience in education, children's programs, events, hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in team coordination or event management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about children, nature, outdoor activities, and experiential learning.
• Proactive, responsible, creative, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in an active outdoor environment.
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
