  • Manage activities within the Vendor Management System (VMS), including requisitions, work orders, bookings, and extensions
  • Deliver training and guidance to hiring managers and recruitment suppliers on systems and processes
  • Support Level 1 dispute resolution between clients and suppliers where required
  • Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and stakeholder reporting
  • Promote positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure all ticket and call management activities meet agreed service standards

About You

You are a relationship-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving and working across multiple stakeholders. You are highly organised, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
