Program Coordinator

Role Part-time Coordinator to plan and run Bethel’s After School Program

(Mon–Thu, grades 1–5, Aug May), Summer Youth Day Camp, both grounded in Christian education and youth wellness, and other community outreach events. Reports to the Board of Directors and serves as an advocate for Bethel’s mission in the community. Responsibilities Recruit, train, schedule, and manage program volunteers. Build and maintain the master schedule of activities, field trips, guest speakers, and events. Develop and coordinate after school program and summer camp. Manage budgets; track attendance, expenses, and grant data; report monthly to the Board. Maintain safe, organized program environments and handle facility rentals. Build community relationships and assist with social media and outreach. Qualifications Follower of Christ; HS diploma/GED required, college degree preferred. Experience planning and evaluating programs; passion for working with children and families in poverty. Strong communication and public speaking skills; self-starter with flexible availability. Must pass background, driving-record, and drug screening prior to employment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
