Our impressive client is seeking a Program Coordinator add to their growing team. This position is 100% remote for candidates in the United States.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience in executive administration, or program coordination
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, organize resources, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience using SharePoint and maintaining online content, documents, or internal sites.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of assigned work.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information professionally.
• Demonstrated success supporting senior leaders, executive teams, or complex business functions.
