WellCare Holistics is seeking a NJ-licensed behavioral health clinician to develop and

facilitate structured 8-week therapy groups for adults.

We are launching a new group-therapy program focused on practical, evidence-based support for

adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and related concerns.

Initial Program: Anxiety & Depression CBT Group

 8-week program

 60-minute weekly sessions

 Telehealth, with hybrid/in-person options where clinically and payer appropriate

 Target enrollment: 8 participants

 Minimum enrollment to launch: 5–6 participants

 Medicare and commercial-insurance population

 Structured CBT-based format

 Separate medication-management services available through WellCare Holistics when

clinically appropriate

Future Programs

Following the initial launch, WellCare Holistics plans to develop additional groups, including:

ADHD / Executive Function Group

 8-week structured program

 Commercial insurance and/or self-pay

 Approximately 8–10 participants

 Focus on organization, planning, task initiation, time management, emotional regulation

and practical executive-function strategies

 Separate medication assessment/management available when clinically appropriate

Healthy Aging / Anxiety / Grief & Adjustment Group

 Designed for adults 55+

 Medicare-heavy population

 Focus on anxiety, grief, adjustment to life transitions, aging-related concerns, coping and

emotional wellness

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced clinician who is comfortable facilitating structured behavioral-

health groups and creating a supportive, engaging group environment.

Required:

 Active New Jersey State clinical license appropriate to the services provided

 Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral-health treatment

 Experience facilitating groups

 Strong CBT background

 Experience working with adults experiencing anxiety and/or depression

 Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

 Comfortable providing telehealth services

Preferred:

 Experience with ADHD and executive-function interventions

 Experience working with adults 55+

 Grief and adjustment experience

 Medicare experience

 Experience developing or facilitating structured 6–10 week programs

Responsibilities

 Facilitate weekly 60-minute group sessions

 Follow and/or help develop an evidence-based 8-week curriculum

 Participate in brief pre-group screening when requested

 Maintain timely clinical documentation

 Support appropriate group member engagement and participation

 Communicate clinically relevant concerns with the WellCare Holistics care team

 Coordinate with medication-management providers when clinically appropriate

 Participate in program development and quality improvement as the group model

expands

This is an opportunity to help build a new group-therapy service line within WellCare Holistics,

with the potential for additional groups and clinical hours as patient demand develops.

Compensation: [$35-40/hr]
