Program Coordinator

Parivarthan for Parkinson's Foundation is a non-profit working to improve the lives of people affected by PD. Parivarthan is a unique community-driven organization in Chennai providing a safe platform for members to share information and exchange their PD experiences in a non-judgemental space, with the belief that no one with PD is alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and caregivers for appointments, centre programs, and day-to-day queries.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate daily centre operations, scheduling, and member appointments.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and update member, attendance, appointment, and administrative records accurately and confidentially.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Follow up with members and caregivers regarding appointments, programs, and other centre-related requirements.
• ⁠ ⁠Support program planning, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from a recognised institution.
• 0-1 years of experience in healthcare, community development, or NGO settings preferred.
• Superior communication and documentation skills
• Mandatory language fluency: Tamil, English
• Based in Chennai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
