  • Monitoring staffing, attendance, call-outs, and shift coverage
  • Reviewing staff documentation for accuracy and completion
  • Monitoring EVV compliance and addressing missed or incorrect entries
  • Reviewing Daily Shift Documentation, health documentation, overnight documentation, and other required records
  • Reviewing incident reports and following up with staff when additional information is needed
  • Responding to behavioral, medical, staffing, and operational concerns
  • Coordinating appointments, transportation, community activities, and individual needs
  • Maintaining communication between DSPs, house management, and company leadership
  • Helping ensure individuals’ Person-Centered Plans and support requirements are followed
  • Assisting with DSP onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
  • Identifying operational problems before they become larger issues
  • Maintaining organized records and ensuring important deadlines and follow-ups are completed
  • Helping leadership improve systems and processes as the company grows

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

We are especially interested in candidates who are career-driven and looking for an organization where they can grow.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has meaningful experience working in DDA, developmental disability, residential, behavioral health, or human services settings

  • Understands the responsibilities and challenges involved in residential services
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Is comfortable holding staff accountable
  • Communicates professionally and confidently
  • Takes initiative without needing constant supervision
  • Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems
  • Can remain calm during behavioral incidents and unexpected situations
  • Understands the importance of accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Wants to take on greater responsibility as the company expands

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in developmental disability, residential, behavioral health, or human services strongly preferred
  • Previous leadership or staff-coordination experience strongly preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to write and review professional documentation and incident reports
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and employment requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College education in human services, psychology, social work, healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred but not required for an experienced candidate

Growth Opportunity

This is not intended to be a stagnant coordinator position.

Daylight Healthcare is looking for someone who can become an important part of the organization as we continue to expand.

A high-performing coordinator who demonstrates leadership, accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage increasing responsibility will have opportunities to advance into higher-level operational and leadership positions within the company.
