Program Coordinator (Engineering Customer Coordinate)

** This position is conduct as same as "Program Management" or "Program Administrator"

Workplace : Fabrinet (Klongluang 27)

Working date: Mon-Fri 8.00-17.00

Job Description:

• Understand customer requirement and expectation to ensure effective service and satisfaction

• Responsible for working with Customers for Mass Production Product to coordinate activities internally with other members to support customer.

• Initiating the Road map / Milestone for all Validation Activities with current Products and coordinate with team as well as customer requirements.

• Coordinate closely with Program Management team and ensure the smooth transfer to Mass Production Phase for all program management

• Coordinate with Purchasing team for any Deviation/Qualification request with raw material. Including managing the Tracking Log for all Open Activities periodically and work with concerned members to close the Action

• Communicate factory issues to customer/ customer issues to factory.

• Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in industrial engineer, or any related planning (Business academic exposure will be high advantage)
• 3-7 years experience in Program Management or related field roles (experience in Electronics Manufacturing is preferred)
• Good knowledge of MRP and Oracle
• Good communication and Good negotiation skill
• Excellent command in English
• Flexible and able to work under high pressure situation
